Private Tutoring Session

Our standard private tutoring sessions are 4 hours (half-day) long, giving you ample time to dive deep into complex topics without feeling rushed. Typically morning session from 8am to noon or afternoon from 1pm to 5pm.

All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. You can learn from the comfort of your home or office. Once you book a session, we will send a seamless link directly to your email.

Because it is a personalized 1-on-1 session, we can cover whatever you need most. Common hot topics include:

• Contractor Math, Financial Ratios & Accounting (including Percentage of Completion)

• Plan Reading, Takeoffs, and Concrete/Excavation Calculations

• Plumber's Isometric Drawings

• Navigating Florida Statutes & Building Code Walkthroughs

• General tips, tricks, and exam-taking strategies

You will be paired 1-on-1 with a licensed instructor from the Florida Construction Academy who knows the ins and outs of the state exam requirements. All our instructors hold multiple license categories, including: General Contractor CGC, Building Contractor CBC, Plumbing CFC, Electrical Unlimited, Roofing CCC, Underground CUC, and Pool Contractors.
