2). What Does It Take to Qualify for the Certified General Contractor (CGC) License? To become a Certified General Contractor (CGC), you must: 1️⃣ Pass the Three Required Exams: - Business & Finance Exam - Contract Administration Exam - Project Management Exam 2️⃣ Meet the Board’s Qualification Requirements: The Board will review your application based on your “Method of Qualification”.
