1 Year Guarantee
Our “No Pass No Pay” policy is not a refund policy. If a student fails the Florida CILB exam three tests within one year, they'll receive a free tuition for an additional year at no additional cost. We want you to achieve your dream of becoming a contractor. Our guarantee is designed to ensure that students receive the best possible opportunity to succeed. We are committed to helping students reach their educational goals and believe this guarantee is an important part of that mission. With our guarantee, students can be confident that any tuition paid will be worth the investment in their future.
Shipping & Returns
All orders placed through our school's website are shipped via USPS or UPS within 10 business days. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through our school's book store or website. All sales are final. If you have any questions about our shipping and return policy, please contact us.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best quality education and training to all of our students, but we understand that circumstances may require a refund. Here at Florida Construction Academy, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you cancel before the first day of the course, we will issue a full refund to you, less the Wix processing fee. If you decide to cancel on or after the first day of the course, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of the course that has been completed up until the time of cancellation. All sales are final.
